When will solar eclipse 2022? (Surya Grahan 2022 Date)

According to astrological calculations, the last solar eclipse of the year 2022 is going to take place from 2:29 on Tuesday, 25 October. Because of which the Sutak period will take 12 hours before the eclipse. This time the Sutak period will take place after Lakshmi Puja on Diwali. Due to which no religious work will be completed on October 25. This is the reason that this year Bhai Dooj festival will be celebrated on 26 October instead of 25.

Why will there be 6 days of Deepotsav? (Deepotsav 2022)

It has been told in astrology that the Sutak period starts exactly 12 hours before the eclipse. In which no worship or religious work should be done. At the same time, it is forbidden to do any kind of religious work even during the eclipse. This time on October 24, Diwali festival will be celebrated with great pomp. But due to solar eclipse between Diwali and Govardhan Puja, one more day will increase. Because of which the 5-day long Deepotsav will be celebrated for 6 days in 2022 this year.
